Step-by-step

    Open the Notion page you want to share

    Click 'Share' in the top-right corner

  3. 3

    Click 'Publish' at the top of the share menu

  4. 4

    Toggle 'Publish to web' to ON

  5. 5

    Toggle 'Allow editing' OFF so visitors can read but not modify

    This is the safe default for external shares — leave 'Allow editing' off unless you specifically need collaboration.

    Click 'Copy web link' to grab the URL

    Share the link via email or chat — anyone with the link can view
